Ccyuncilman Herl�er reported that the Sequoia Yacht Club asked permission to put in a small dock next to �"^ their hoist. They would build the dock at t�heir c�rn expense and pravide the necessary insurance. �"' Councilrnan Herkner recommended approval of the request. Councilman Stout maved acceptance of the re- port and appraval of the rec�ndation sub�ect to the appr oval of the City Attorney� seconded by . Councilman Spillers. The City Attorney raised tne question as to whether or not this would revert to �,... the o�nership of the City. Councilman Stout changed his motion and moved that this be referred to the € � City Attorney with i.nstructions to draR up the necessary agreement and bring it back for Council ap- proval. The �ayor ordered that this matter be referred to the City Attorney and Councilman Herkner to draw up the necessary agreement and bring tY�sir report back to the Conmcil. ' Councilman Weiss read a prepared statement with regard to possible amenciments to t he City Charter. He asked the Mayor what progress had been made trnvard putting this matter to the electors at the next municipal ' election to be held in April� 1958• The Mayor repor�ted progress. Councilman Weiss read a prepared statement with regard to Farm Hill water supply and requested his statement ; be made a part of the minutes. The �fayor requested the Co�ancil to give a courtesy call before bring- ing these matters up cold to the Council. SEQUOIA HOSPITAL DISTRICT LETTER REGARDING 5EVqER. RENTAL CHARGES. The Mayor asked that this be carried on the agenda until after the Hospital Board�s meeting. FINAL PAYMENT PQLICE STATI�N BUI?�DING. The �ity Managsr recommended that this be paid. Council.man Spillers moved approval of the City Manager's recommendation. The Citg Attorney stated that a lien had been � placed' on the job.
