The meeting was designed to kick off <br /> ; California's new "Flex Your Power Now" program. The League has agreed to <br /> ' partiapate in the program and was represented at the meeting by Sacra- <br /> . mento City Mayor and League board member Heather Fargo. As part of the <br /> ; program, the governor issued an Executive Order directing all state agencies <br /> ■ to lead by example and implement programs to reduce peak energy use.
