ADJOURNMENT — 9:57 p.m. <br /> M/S Ruskin/Howard to adjourn until the next regular City Council meeting of August 9, <br /> 2004 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Council Member asked that the meeting be adjoumed in honor of Richard Bygdnes <br /> who passed away on June 29, 2004 at the age of 73. His family has long and deep <br /> roots in Redwood City, dating back to 1931. He attended local schools, graduating <br /> from Sequoia High School and attending San Mateo Junior College. He served in the <br /> Air Force during the Korean War and attended USC graduating in 1958, returning to <br /> Redwood City to work in his family's investment business, and later in the engineering <br /> field. <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Patricia S.
