� , <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERYICES <br /> Consuitant will provide the foilowing services: <br /> a) Graphic Facilitatlon of Meetings <br /> Meet�g.s between Kayla Kirsch and Redwood Cit�r 2020 Executiv�e Director <br /> will indude face-to-face or teleconferences, as w�ell as agenda draft and <br /> c�aphic sketches with revisions by email. <br /> b) Graphic Facilitation Trainings <br /> Kayla Kirsch will provide training for the practice of graphic faci'litation and <br /> graphic recording. The training will allow participants to leam to draw, areate <br /> iarge-foRnat displays, record, and practioe facilitating and receiving feedback. <br /> Pardcipants also design a meeting process and leam about methods of <br /> docximenting visual meetings. <br /> c) Executive Caaching <br /> Kayla Kirsch will provide one-on-one executive coaching to the Redwood City <br /> 2024 Executive Director. <br /> Consultant will bill Redwood City 2020 hourty at a rate of Two Hundred Dollars <br /> ($200.�} per hour. Consuitant will submit bills quarterly to Redwoad City 2020 at the <br /> addness noted in Section 1fi Notices.
