APPLICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT ADJUSTMENT - 1992-93 <br />Appeals against GID 1-64 Assessment for the Fiscal Year 1992-93 <br />REPORT: Assistant Finance Director, December 4, 1992 <br />Senior Accountant Sabb presented the staff report and introduced Joseph Bock <br />of American Appraisal and Bernard Irigoyen of Richard Daly and Associates, who <br />described the methodologies used to determine valuation. In response to <br />questions from the Board, Mr. Irigoyen advised only comparable sales in <br />Redwood Shores were used to determine valuation, and the original assessment <br />was reduced from $330,000 to $310,000 recognizing this was a two-bedroom house <br />in a three-bedroom market. <br />A.
