[COA][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />g. Soil Erosion and Sedimentation (Mitigation 16-3) – The applicant shall <br />prepare erosion control plans subject to City approval and consistent with <br />the required project Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) as <br />well as Best Management Practices (BMPs) specified by the Redwood <br />City Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Program (Municipal <br />Code Chapter 27A). The plans and BMPs shall be implemented during <br />construction as detailed in Mitigation 16-3 of the DTPP EIR. <br />[COA][ENGINEERING] <br /> <br />76. Downtown TDM – A final Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program, <br />describing the elements to be implemented, shall be reviewed and approved <br />prior to certificate of building occupancy. The TDM program shall include an <br />annual reporting requirement for the first three years that details overnight <br />parking utilization rates and resident use and awareness of the program. Annual <br />reporting shall begin on December 1 of each year. [COA][ENGINEERING] <br />77. Notice of Right to Operations – Provide a “Notice of Right to Downtown <br />Operations” to all tenants prior to execution of any lease per DTPP Section 2.2.6. <br />[SDR][PLANNING] <br />78. Window Visibility – Ground floor windows for non-residential uses shall provide <br />an unobstructed view into the building of at least 20 feet. [SDR][PLANNING] <br />79. Scaled Model – Upon issuance of building permits, provide a scaled model of <br />the project per the City’s specifications or adequate funds to build the model for <br />the City’s use. [COA][PLANNING] <br />80. Signs – Future signs require a separate sign permit and shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Downtown Precise Plan and Chapter 3 of the Municipal <br />Code.
