Mr. Schroeter observed that the Archi- ; <br /> tectural Comnittee successfully persuaded many j <br /> businessmen to install landscaping, and they <br /> often volunteered much beyond the five to ten ; <br /> feet of setback proposed in the sub3ect ordi- ; <br /> nance.
