Discussion followed and Mr. Davies comnented and replied to questions concerning the desirability of E1 Camino Real presenting an � attractive image of the City; the benefits to � business on the street which improvements bring; whether landscaping enhances the appearance of the street or obscures the business; and whether businessmen on E1 Camino Real would argue that the street does not need improvements and upgrading. City Attorney Schricker stated that the letters presented by Mr. Davies will become a part of the record, noting that they contain statements of general opposition with nothing to indicate the writer was fully aware of the content of the ordinance, noting that is not unusual in such circumstances. - �Hossein�A o�ur, owner of property at 715 El Camino Real, stated he totally opposes any setback requirement.
