No one wished to <br /> speak. <br /> M/S: Leipzig/Biagi to close the public hearing. � <br /> Public Hearing closed at 8:35 p.m. unanimously ; <br /> by voice vote. �,,,,.�1 <br /> M/S: Norris/Biagi to uphold the Planning <br /> Comnission and deny the appeal of Mobil Oil <br /> Estates (Redwood) Limited and to approve the <br /> staff recomnendation. <br /> (Staff recomnendation is as follows: <br /> - That Condition No. 5 relating to traffic <br /> signal systems be retained except that the <br /> following be deleted: "Further, that no <br /> portion of the aforementioned costs be borne <br /> by 6eneral Improvement District 1-64" <br /> - That Condition No. 6 be substituted with the <br /> following Condition Nos. 6 and 7: <br /> 6. 1'hat Lot 5 be dedicated to the City <br /> for public park purposes, and that <br /> full improvement of all pubiic streets <br /> adjacent to Lot 5 be included in the <br /> Subdivision Agreement. <br /> 7.
