Mayor Rhodes invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. M/S: Leipzig/Biagi to close the public hearing. � Public Hearing closed at 8:35 p.m. unanimously ; by voice vote. �,,,,.�1 M/S: Norris/Biagi to uphold the Planning Comnission and deny the appeal of Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited and to approve the staff recomnendation. (Staff recomnendation is as follows: - That Condition No. 5 relating to traffic signal systems be retained except that the following be deleted: "Further, that no portion of the aforementioned costs be borne by 6eneral Improvement District 1-64" - That Condition No. 6 be substituted with the following Condition Nos. 6 and 7: 6. 1'hat Lot 5 be dedicated to the City for public park purposes, and that full improvement of all pubiic streets adjacent to Lot 5 be included in the Subdivision Agreement. 7. That Lot 8 be dedicated to the City for future street purposes. - That a new Condition No. 8 be added to clarify the wording, intent, and acceptability of statements contained on the Map, as follows: "'""'� 8. That certain terms used on the map be substituted, as follows: �,,,�, a. Proposed 16 reservation" (rather) �� 16' RESERYATION TO BE DEDICATED TO THE CITY FOR STREET PURPOSES. b.
