Public Hearing - Application to rezone Planning Comnission record transmitted 10/25/79. property from "TP-V" (Industrial Park-- Vehicular Combining) District to "CP" Mayor Rhodes declared open 7:38 p.m. (Commercial Park) District, 366 Main Street Alfred D. McKelvy, Jr., applicant Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing reported on file. Mayor Rhodes asked that the record include reference to a letter dated November 19, 1979, just delivered, from Don Tanklage, Tanklage Properties, Inc. wherein Mr. Tanklage states - he has no objection to the rezoning, but is concerned about the amount of parking required. City Attorney Schricker stated for the record that the subject application refers to rezoning; that there is no variation in the parking re- quirements; and that Mr. Tanklage's letter has no direct bearing on the matter before Council. In response to question, Planning Director Schroeter explained that parking requirements are uniform throughout all zones. Mayor Rhodes invited anyone else present who wished to apeak to do so. No one wished to speak. M/S: Biagi/Stangel to close the public hearing. Carried unanimously and public hearing closed at 7:42 p.m. ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 60.1.9 TO ORDINANCE Title read.
