McKelvy, Jr., applicant Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing <br /> reported on file. <br /> Mayor Rhodes asked that the record include <br /> reference to a letter dated November 19, 1979, <br /> just delivered, from Don Tanklage, Tanklage <br /> Properties, Inc. wherein Mr. Tanklage states <br /> - he has no objection to the rezoning, but is <br /> concerned about the amount of parking required. <br /> City Attorney Schricker stated for the record <br /> that the subject application refers to rezoning; <br /> that there is no variation in the parking re- <br /> quirements; and that Mr. Tanklage's letter has <br /> no direct bearing on the matter before Council. <br /> In response to question, Planning Director <br /> Schroeter explained that parking requirements <br /> are uniform throughout all zones. <br /> Mayor Rhodes invited anyone else present who <br /> wished to apeak to do so.
