Miscellaneous Members <br /> The rate for the City without these optional <br /> benefits would be 12.522% and the change <br /> will increase the rate to 14.148% for an <br /> increase of 1.622%. The annual estimated <br /> cost of this increase is $79,008. The per- <br /> centage increase will appTy to all member <br /> payrolls covered by these benefits until <br /> the year 2000. The percentage rates are <br /> subject to change in the future with any <br /> change in the actuarial data. <br /> "2.
