It was pointed out that in 1971 the Zoning Ordinance was revised to require larger lots in hillside areas, the size depending on the degree of slope, but pre- existing lots were allowed to remain and it is now proposed that those lots be required to meet at least 60% of the requirement for new lots. Maurice Couchot Jr., 515 Quartz, stated that he owns t�Firee o�ts=wTi�—ch would be unbuildable under the proposed amendment. It was polnted out that lots have an economic value if they can be combined with other lots to create a buildable lot and means of handling such consolidations were discussed. Mayor Barrett invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak.
