It was pointed out <br /> that in 1971 the Zoning Ordinance was revised to <br /> require larger lots in hillside areas, the size <br /> depending on the degree of slope, but pre- <br /> existing lots were allowed to remain and it is <br /> now proposed that those lots be required to <br /> meet at least 60% of the requirement for new lots. <br /> Maurice Couchot Jr., 515 Quartz, stated that he <br /> owns t�Firee o�ts=wTi�—ch would be unbuildable under <br /> the proposed amendment. <br /> It was polnted out that lots have an economic <br /> value if they can be combined with other lots to <br /> create a buildable lot and means of handling <br /> such consolidations were discussed. <br /> Mayor Barrett invited anyone else present who <br /> wished to speak to do so.
