Mr. Fisher stated that a similar parking ratio had proved ade- quate in similar developments elsewhere . Henry Richman, J. H. Snyder Company, stated that he �ei'i'ev�_a_Tfowable zoning of the site would have per- mitted some 130 units, and that only 99 are contem- plated. � In response to question Planning Director Schroeter �„ stated that the number of allowable units on the site would depend upon the size of the unit being built and the layout of the units upon the site. MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Council- man Rhodes, that the two interior units westerly of Marlin Drive, labeled "A" and "E" on the site infor- mation map, be deleted from the development in order to provide ten additional units of parking. AMENDMENT: In response to suggestion, Councilman Norris, with the consent of his second, amended the motion to state that the two interior units westerly of Marlin Drive, labeled "A" and "E" on the site inforrnation map be eliminated and replaced with additional guest parking and landscaped open space with subsequent review and approval by the Archi- tectural Committee of the redesigned area. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . Discussion continued regarding the possibility of � redesigning the interior travelways to be one-way public streets with a sidewalk on one side and � whether the homeowners association would have the expertise and funds to take care of all maintenance, including storm drains.
