Mr. Fisher <br /> stated that a similar parking ratio had proved ade- <br /> quate in similar developments elsewhere . <br /> Henry Richman, J. H. Snyder Company, stated that he <br /> �ei'i'ev�_a_Tfowable zoning of the site would have per- <br /> mitted some 130 units, and that only 99 are contem- <br /> plated. <br /> � <br /> In response to question Planning Director Schroeter <br /> �„ stated that the number of allowable units on the <br /> site would depend upon the size of the unit being <br /> built and the layout of the units upon the site. <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Council- <br /> man Rhodes, that the two interior units westerly of <br /> Marlin Drive, labeled "A" and "E" on the site infor- <br /> mation map, be deleted from the development in order <br /> to provide ten additional units of parking. <br /> AMENDMENT: In response to suggestion, Councilman <br /> Norris, with the consent of his second, amended the <br /> motion to state that the two interior units westerly <br /> of Marlin Drive, labeled "A" and "E" on the site <br /> inforrnation map be eliminated and replaced with <br /> additional guest parking and landscaped open space <br /> with subsequent review and approval by the Archi- <br /> tectural Committee of the redesigned area. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . <br /> Discussion continued regarding the possibility of <br /> � redesigning the interior travelways to be one-way <br /> public streets with a sidewalk on one side and <br /> � whether the homeowners association would have the <br /> expertise and funds to take care of all maintenance, <br /> including storm drains.
