MOTION: Title havin� been read, Councilma.n Williams � introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, i_ts adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 7207 CONDITIONALLY APPROVING APPLICATION FOR PLANNID DEVELOPMENT PERMIT RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF MARLIN COURT AND MARLIN DRNE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: with the following amendments as approved by motion and consensus above : l. that the two interior units westerly of Ma,rlin Drive, labeled "A" and "E" on the site information map, be elimina.ted and replaced by additional guest parking and landscaped open space with subsequent re- view and approval by the Architectural Committee of the redesigned area; and 2, that the automatic doors re.ferred to in Condition (n) shall be of the "roll up" type.
