<br /> F the even-odd licen�e plate plan in effect in Oregon, which V�ould
<br /> � be pl�.ced into effect on a County-wide basis by the Governor upon . �
<br /> request by the individual counties. The Supervisors were expected
<br /> t� make a decision at their meeting on Thursday (Februa.ry 28) ,
<br /> � �n�i it was recorrimendsd by staff that the Council support such a
<br /> � �alan for San Matea County. If approved by the Board of Super-
<br /> � visors, the resolution woulci be distributed by the City to all
<br /> F service stations f�r �he program to take effect by Friday,
<br /> March l.
<br /> �iaycar K�ckcley indicated that he favored the "Oregon plan, " but
<br /> � di.d not feel tha.t the responsibility for a�lor.ating gasoiine only
