ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Richard Gordon, Price Street, Redwood City, representing Youth and <br /> Family Assistance, advised Council that Fresh Choice Restaurant in <br /> Sequoia Station will hold a special lunch on Saturday at its opening, and <br /> will donate all the proceeds to Youth and Family Assistance. Mr. Gordon <br /> wanted the Council and the citizens of Redwood City to know how Fresh <br /> Choice Restaurant has already demonstrated its civic-mindedness and its <br /> willingness to help its new community. <br /> B. Joe Staudt, Broadway merchant, thanked Council for their quick action in <br /> removing the illegal A-frame signs that had sprung up along Broadway. <br /> C. Mike Bursak, Whipple Avenue, member of the Board of Building Review <br /> showed Council one of the numerous illegal signs appearing throughout the <br /> City advertising homes for sale in the City and neighboring cities.
