17.2. Additional Provisions. Performers will ensure that the policies of <br /> insurance required under this Agreement contain, or are endorsed to contain, the <br /> following provisions: <br /> 17.2.1 For Commercial General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability <br /> Insurance: City, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees will be named as <br /> �dditiona! insureds. <br /> 17.2.2 Performers will obtain occurrence coverage. <br /> 17.2.3 This insurance will be in force during the life of the Agreement and any <br /> extensions of it and will not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice <br /> t� C�ty sart pursuant to �he �latic� provisians a�#his Ag�e�ment. <br /> 17.2.4. If any of the above insurance policies are "claims made� policies, then <br /> Performers will, in addition, for each such policy, provide additional insurance <br /> coverage providing an additional two year extended reporting period for all claims <br /> arising out of the performance of this Agreement. <br /> 17.3 Providinq Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Prior to <br /> City's execution of this Agreement, Pertormers or their Agent will furnish <br /> certificates of insurance and endorsements to City. <br /> 17.4 Failure to Maintain Coveraae. If Performers fails to maintain any of <br /> ti�ese iflsufaflee efwefages, #f�en �i#y wilf I�ave tHe op#io� #o deeia�-e Per#oFr�eFS ifl <br /> breach, or may purchase replacement insurance or pay the premiums that are due <br /> on existing policies in order to maintain the required coverages. Performers are <br /> responsible for any payments made by City to obtain or maintain insurance and Ci#y <br /> may collect these payments from Performers or deduct the amount paid from any <br /> sums due Pertormers under this Agreement. <br /> 17.5 Submission of Insurance Policies. City reserves the right to require, at <br /> anytime, complete and certified copies of any or all required insurance policies and <br /> endorsements. <br /> 17.6 Primary Coveraae. For any claims related to the Services and this <br /> Agfee�er�#, #He PerfoFfnefs' i�su�aflee eaverage wifi ae pFi�afy iFlSUfa�ee wi#� <br /> respect to City, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees.
