Cheryl Monroe, Rose Avenue, Redwood City, thanked the Council for the new <br /> stop sign on Page Street which is already slowing the traffic on that <br /> street, and also thanked Council for the sidewalk repair program which is <br /> having a very beneficial effect on the neighborhood. <br /> B. Joe Steinfeld, Main Street merchant, Redwood City, described the upcoming <br /> Sunflower Festival, September 18th and 19th with the theme, "Celebrate <br /> Redwood City - Past, Present and Future." <br /> C.
