P- 23z1 <br /> RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR THE INTERAGENCY OPERATIONS <br /> CENTER PROJECT AND DIRECTING RETURN OF BID SECURITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P-2319, adopted June 8, 2016, <br /> The Port of Redwood City advertised for bids for the Interagency Operations <br /> Center Proje�t at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, in response to said advertisement, two (2) bids were <br /> received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> City, the Board of Port Commissioners has the right to reject all bids; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Port Commissioners desires to exercise its <br /> reserved right to rejeet all two (2) bids. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Board has determined that it is in the best interest of the Port of <br /> Redwood City to reject all bids. <br /> 2.
