127 7 . Joint Strategy and Action Committee , John Logan , Secretary, 749 Hillcrest Dr . , Redwood City, requesting public reply to questions relating to low income housing . Referred to Housing Committee . - Mayor Bury noted that the meeting of the League of California Cities , Peninsula Division , on May 13 , 1971 , would conflict with a date set for one of the Budget meetings . Councilman Henderson indicated that the legislative meeting in Sacra- mento on May 10 , 11 and 12 , which she and Councilman Rhodes plan to attend , would end at noon on the 12th, and suggested the Budget Session might be rescheduled from the 13th to the 12th to permit interested Councilmen to attend the League meeting . Councilman Henderson moved to accept communications and recommendations , including rescheduling Budget Study Session to May 12th, rather than May 13th , seconded by Councilman Rhodes and carried . (M . O . #71-77 ) Mayor Bury presented to City Manager a certificate in recognition of his many years of service to the City, stating that it was a small, but significant and sincere testimonial . Councilman Petersen moved to adjourn to Budget Study Meeting May 5 , 1971 , at 7 : 30 p . m . , Community Activities Building , by adoption of RESOLUTION NO . 6498 COMMENDING ALVARO MEJIA ON WINNING THE BOSTON MARATHON , seconded by Councilman Henderson and carried .
