ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />Consultant Services <br />Jeanne Sullivan Billeci <br />his Amend ent No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the a day of <br />✓I/' 2017, extending and amending the agreement dated July 22, <br />2016 (th'e "Agreem nt") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corpora on of the State of California ("City"), and Jeanne Sullivan Billeci, a <br />Public Relations Consultant ("Consultant') (collectively, the "Parties") for (strategic <br />marketing and c mmunications efforts). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On July 22, 2016, the Parties executed Agreement for Consultant Services <br />("Original Agreement'); and <br />B. On September 16, 2016, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to <br />amend Agreement for Consultant Services ("Amendment No. 1"); and <br />C. On November 28th, 2016, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to <br />amend Agreement for Consultant Services ("Amendment No. 2"); and <br />D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended through December 31, 2017 and Consultant will be paid a not to <br />exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000). <br />2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not -to -exceed Sixty Thousand <br />Dollars ($60,000), for an aggregate amount of $120,000. Consultant will provide City, on <br />a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br />hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br />3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by December 31, <br />2017. <br />4.
