Bygnes stated their agreement to either no parking , or <br /> a one -way street , and concurred that it would be better to <br /> set restrictions before residents settled in the Sea . <br /> Suggestion made for an improvement district for full street improvements , even though <br /> a majority protest might be anticipated .
