Agreement between the City of Redwood City and All City Management Services for Crossing Guard Services Staff contact: Greg Farley, Lieutenant 780-7143 gfarley@redwoodcity.org Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one year agreement in an amount not to exceed $242,073 between the City of Redwood City and All City Management Services for crossing guard services for the fiscal year 2016-17 E. Agreement for on-call, as-needed Professional Surveying Services with SANDIS, Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Planners related to the City's Capital Improvement Program Staff contact: Jeffrey Chou, Assistant Engineer II 780-7362 jchou@redwoodcity.org Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for Professional Services with SANDIS, Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Planners of Campbell, CA, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for topographic surveying services, base map preparation, boundary surveys, legal descriptions, etc. on an on-call, as-needed basis for various City approved projects and tasks for a period of two years from the Agreement date. The City Manager may amend the Agreement to extend it for additional periods. Extensions will be based upon a satisfactory review of Consultant’s performance, City needs and appropriation of funds by the City. The parties will prepare a written amendment indicating the effective date and length of the extended Agreement
