Agreement for on-call, as-needed Professional Surveying Services with <br />SANDIS, Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Planners related to the City's <br />Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Jeffrey Chou, Assistant Engineer II 780-7362 jchou@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Agreement for Professional Services with SANDIS, Civil Engineers, <br />Surveyors, Planners of Campbell, CA, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 <br />for topographic surveying services, base map preparation, boundary <br />surveys, legal descriptions, etc. on an on-call, as-needed basis for various <br />City approved projects and tasks for a period of two years from the <br />Agreement date. The City Manager may amend the Agreement to extend it <br />for additional periods. Extensions will be based upon a satisfactory review of <br />Consultant’s performance, City needs and appropriation of funds by the City. <br />The parties will prepare a written amendment indicating the effective date <br />and length of the extended Agreement <br />
