Council discussion; <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Waive first reading and introduce proposed Ordinance creating the <br />Roosevelt Avenue Underground Utility District No. 2016-1 and conduct <br />Public Hearing and authorize the City Manager to approve all related <br />agreements <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN A <br />PORTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID DISTRICT <br />AS ROOSEVELT AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2016-1; <br />DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; ESTABLISHING WHAT <br />UTILITY FACILITIES WILL BE MAINTAINED ABOVE GROUND; AND <br />ESTABLISHING THE TIME BY WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD W IRES SHALL <br />BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> <br />M/S Masur/Borgens to waive the first reading and introduce proposed <br />Ordinance creating the Roosevelt Avenue Underground Utility District No. <br />2016-1 and conduct Public Hearing and authorize the City Manager to <br />approve all related agreements.
