Next Steps <br />Based on Council direction, staff will draft code amendments for Council consideration. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. The City Council could choose not to take any action and staff would continue to <br />work with the current code provisions. <br />2. The City Council could direct staff to make other changes to the proposed <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The Council is not taking any action that would require environmental review under the <br />California Environmental Quality Act.
