publish any new and additional requirements at no additional charge except in the case of rush <br />delivery. <br />Implementation and Integration <br />Project Management: <br />HiperWeb will assign a lead consultant that will serve as the project manager whose <br />responsibilities include project management, City coordination and schedule updates. The lead <br />consultant will provide frequent informal updates to city Project Managers and formal status <br />updates on a monthly basis. The lead consultant will work with city personnel to quickly resolve <br />any issues that arise. <br />Implementation: <br />All asset information as defined by the City will be configured and uploaded where applicable for <br />the following sections: - <br />• Water, Sewer Collections, & Storm Water <br />Right of Way (ROW) <br />• Facilities & Custodial <br />■ Fleet <br />Configuration will include but not be limited to: defining all parameters by which to track the <br />asset(s), setting up maintenance schedules, creating standard workflows and chain of custody, <br />creating reporting tools, proper functionality of applicable included integrated systems. <br />Additionally, The City must give written approval of successful section configuration and upload <br />of historical data to the satisfaction of the City before a section can be considered "production <br />ready." <br />The Hiperweb team with the assistance of an assigned project manager from the City will <br />establish an implementation schedule for implementation and integration work required to <br />support the sections named above. <br />Integration: <br />HiperWeb will provide an API to interface with 3rd party solutions. Documentation of these APIs <br />will be provided. HiperWeb will establish interfaces for ESRI, Wonderware, and myRWC at no <br />additional cost to the City. <br />Interfaces with financial and other CIS systems may be set up as one way or bi-directional data <br />feeds at the request of the City.
