<br />Record inspection results for assets, projects, etc.
<br />Update asset attributes from within Consultant’s software to GIS SDE tables
<br />View work history by address or asset
<br />Rolling Assets:
<br />Consultant’s software will track all utilities/public rolling assets using multiple components
<br />including company, GL account, property unit, plant account, location, driver data, odometer
<br />reading, vehicle data, engine data, insurance information, asset year, cost center, divisions, or
<br />other criteria defined by the City. Consultant’s software will track significant detail about asset
<br />transactions including install year, project number, work order number, and charge type.
<br />Consultant’s software fleet maintenance module will track odometer reading, fuel activities,
<br />major and minor repair. Preventive maintenance/full service work orders will have the ability to
<br />be auto-generated based on odometer reading, cycles or dates. All maintenance activities
<br />including, labor, material, shop charge, fuel, outside repair and other miscellaneous cost will be
<br />tracked and reported to Finance on an as needed basis via vendor created reports specified by
<br />the City. All Managerial staff will be able to view departmental charges at any time through mobile
<br />devices. Additionally, Interface to fuel system will be able to be customized to interface with the
<br />existing fuel system.
<br />Mobile Key Features:
<br />Users will be able to access their workspace in the field on a variety of devices, including laptops,
<br />tablets and smartphones. With the mobile version of the software, the users will be able to view
<br />work orders from the dashboard (tabular and/or map view), update field status, assign labor,
<br />material and equipment hours, log inspection results, complete work orders and create new ones
<br />if needed.
<br />Staying Current with Technology:
<br />During the duration of the contract with the City, Consultant will stay current and support new
<br />releases on the following platforms unless released from this obligation in writing by the City.
<br />Platforms will include ESRI GIS database system, server, messaging and operating systems
<br />delivered by Microsoft, along with Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, iOS, Android,
<br />Windows Mobile and Bluetooth.
<br />Reporting:
<br />Consultant will provide all current out of the box reports and querying templates based on use
<br />cases from existing customer databases at no charge to the City. Additionally, custom reports will
<br />be included in the ongoing maintenance and support at no additional charge except in the case
<br />of rush delivery. Rush delivery will be defined as within 10 business days. Consultant will work
<br />with individual stakeholders by division to review the existing reports and KPIs and define, create
<br />and publish any new and additional requirements at no additional charge except in the case of
<br />rush delivery.
