AMENDMENT TO <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> CITY CENTER PLAZA <br /> DECLARATION ESTABLISHING RECIPROCAL EASEMENTS AND <br /> COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY CENTER PLAZA <br /> DECLARATION ESTABLISHING RECIPROCAL EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS <br /> RUNNING WITH THE LAND ("REA") is made and entered into as of the 1 st day of January <br /> 2016, by and between Mezes Court Associates, a California Limited Partnership ("Mezes" or <br /> "Residential Owner") and CCP RWC, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, formerly <br /> known as Helen Raiser as Trustee of the J.H.R. Trust ("Raiser" or "Commercial Owner"), under <br /> Trust Agreement dated October 2, 1969 as amended and further amended June 5th, 2012 bears <br /> the following recitals: <br /> A. The patties hereto agree that this amendment will only amend the Commercial <br /> Owner entity to reflect current ownership structure within The Raiser , <br /> Organization. CCP RWC, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, wilt <br /> assume all rights and responsibilities of Helen Raiser as Trustee of the J.H.R. <br /> g p <br /> Trust as related to this REA, <br /> All terms of the REA, unless amended, modified or supplemented herein by this <br /> Amendment remain unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />
