Prepare Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Notice of Determination Consultant will update the DTPP Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) to incorporate supplemental impacts and mitigations resulting from the Supplemental ER. Consultant will also prepare the Notice of Determination (NOD) (City staff will provide the letterhead template) for posting by City staff with the County Clerk. An electronic version of each will be provided to the City. Task 8. Attend Meetings and Public Hearings In addition to the scoping meeting (Task 1 ), Ray Pendro, Senior Project Manager at MIG (Consultant), will attend up to two (2) meetings with City staff to discuss the Supplemental EIR during the preparation process. Mr. Pendro will also attend up to six (6) Planning Commission , City Council , committee and/or community outreach meetings to assist the staff in presenting the Supplemental EIR and answering CEQA-related questions.
