That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No <br /> 91 - 1 ( 3218 Oak Knoll Drive ) in the City of Redwood City , prepared <br /> by Horizon Survey and Land Development , Land Surveyor , for Weslan . <br /> Development , Inc . , a California corporation , the owner of record <br /> of said subdivision , heretofore determined by the City Engineer to <br /> CD <br /> as conforming ' to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision , cn <br /> co <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions : <br /> n.: <br /> ( a ) Before the release of said parcel map by the City ;1 <br /> of Redwood City ( " City " ) for recordation , the owners or <br /> subdividers ( hereinafter " Owner " shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers , as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision ) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk , entitled " Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No . 91 - 1 " , ( form dated 03 / 20 / 95 ) wherein Owner , in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City , shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement , all improvements required of Owner under the <br />
