BOX 391 <br /> 1017 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> CITY CA 94064 RESOLUTION I 0 N N O <br /> REDWQQQ R E S O L 12436 <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO . 4318 AND <br /> ABANDONING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES ESTABLISHED THEREBY ON <br /> VALOTA ROAD FROM REDWOOD AVENUE TO WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to Article 47 . 13 of Ordinance No . 1130 <br /> ( " the Zoning Ordinance " ) , any official plan line may be abandoned <br /> by resolution of the Council without notice or hearing ; and <br /> WHEREAS , tha Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> has recommended that this Council abandon plan lines established <br /> by Resolution No . 4318 on Valota Road from Redwood Avenue to <br /> Woodside Road ; and <br /> WHEREAS , this Council , in consideration of , the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission , has determined that CSC <br /> cn <br /> the aforesaid plan lines are no longer necessary for the CD <br /> protection of the public interest ; .� <br /> NOW , THEREFORE ; CO <br /> -La <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . The Council of the City of Redwood City , in accordance <br /> with the Planning Commission ' s recommendation , hereby finds that <br /> the hereinafter described plan lines on Valota Road from Redwood <br /> Avenue to Woodside Road are unnecessary for present or <br /> prospective public purposes and hereby orders said plan lines <br /> abandoned . <br /> 2 .
