That certain final subdivision map ( including <br /> dedications of easements described therein ) entitled , "Ventana <br /> Del Mar Unit No . 1 " , prepared by RMR Design Group , Civil <br /> Engineers , consultants for Legacy - Redwood Shores L . P . , a <br /> California limited partnership , the owners of record of said <br /> subdivision , heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision , is approved <br /> and accepted subject to the following conditions : t � <br /> 01 <br /> ( a ) Before the release of said final map by the City Q <br /> cn <br /> of Redwood City ( " City " ) for recordation , the owner or CO <br /> subdividers (hereinafter " Owner " shall mean the owner or <br /> Co <br /> subdividers , as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk , entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Ventana Del Mar Unit No . 1 " , ( form dated <br /> 03 / 01 / 95 ) wherein Owner , in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City , shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement , all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />
