L <br /> DES : djk 0 - ' 20 / 95 ( 005 / 52 ) <br /> including death , and property damage occasioned by the operations <br /> of Owner or Owner ' s contractors or subcontractors under the terms <br /> of this agreement , and shall be in the minimum limits of <br /> $ 1 , 000 , 000 for personal injuries to , or death of , any one person , <br /> $ 1 , 000 , 000 for personal injury or death arising out of any one <br /> occurrence , and property damage limits of not less than <br /> $ 1 , 000 , 000 arising out of any one occurrence . The policies <br /> mentioned herein shall contain a provision that City shall <br /> receive an unconditional notice in writing thirty ( 30 ) days in <br /> advance of an insurer ' s intention to cancel or materially to <br /> change the terms of said policies given to City . If such <br /> insurance covers Owner , other entity , or person ( s ) in addition to <br /> co <br /> the City of Redwood City , such policy shall contain the standard C Y 1 <br /> form of cross liability or severability of interest endorsement . f� <br /> fD <br /> Such insurance shall also specifically insure any contractual <br /> liability assumed by Owner under the terms of this agreement , C) <br /> including , but not limited to , the provisions of Paragraph 1 <br /> above . <br /> 5 . MONUMENTS . All pipes and monuments shown on the <br /> subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br /> displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br /> Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements , if <br /> any , hereunder by City . <br /> 6 . OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS . It is agreed that title and <br /> ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br /> hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br /> and acceptance of such Improvements by City . <br /> 5 <br />
