After the release of said final map but before <br /> acceptance of the improvements by City , Owners shall furnish <br /> to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit <br /> securing the faithful performance by Owners of all such <br /> maintenance work , in an amount to be determined by City . <br /> Said bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of one <br /> ( 1 ) year after acceptance of the improvements by City ' s <br /> Council . <br /> ( d ) After the release of said final map by City for <br /> recordation , but before City shall perform any services <br /> relating to construction of the Future Improvements defined <br /> and described in the above-mentioned agreement , Owners shall <br /> deposit an amount determined by City and in accordance with (C) <br /> CD • <br /> City ' s current fee schedule for plan checking , engineering , CD <br /> inspection , laboratory and field testing , water supply , and <br /> Ni <br /> all other applicable fees and charges . Any part of the <br /> CD <br /> deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services <br /> shall be returned to Owners . Owners understand and agree <br /> that the amount of said deposit shall be an estimate and <br /> agree to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br /> services provided by City within ten ( 10 ) days after billing <br /> by the City . <br /> ( e ) Before commencement of construction of the Future <br /> Improvements defined and described in the above-mentioned <br /> agreement , Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br /> the City Clerk , certificates and policies of public <br /> 3 <br />
