OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS . It is agreed that title and <br /> ownership of all improvements constructed for the benefit of City <br /> hereunder by Owners shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br /> and acceptance of such improvements by City . <br /> 12 . WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL . All work to be performed under <br /> this agreement and more specifically described in the specifications <br /> herein referenced shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by CD <br /> the City Engineer before the release of any security required Cn <br /> herein . Reference is hereby made to ( a ) that certain parcel map --. <br /> r. <br /> entitled , " Parcel Map No . 91 -7 " ; and (b ) City ' s specifications <br /> entitled , "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City " , adopted <br /> December 16 , 1991 , or any subsequent revision or such other <br /> specifications as may govern the construction of said Future <br /> Improvements . Said parcel map and specifications referenced in this <br /> agreement are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> agreement . Upon completion of the aforementioned work , and prior to <br /> the release of any security required herein , Owners shall furnish <br /> City with a complete set of plans and drawings showing the Future <br /> Improvements in their actual or " as built " condition and location . <br /> Partial release of any security required herein may be granted , at <br /> the discretion of City , in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 66499 . 7 of the Government Code . <br /> 13 . GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS . Owners agree that <br /> if , within a period of one ( 1 ) year after final acceptance of any <br /> work done under this agreement , the improvements furnished and /or <br /> 9 <br />
