ISMAIL and MIMI H . ISMAIL , jointly and severally <br /> ( " Owners " ) ; <br /> W I T N E S S E T H : <br /> WHEREAS , Owners are engaged in subdividing and developing <br /> certain property under the designation of Parcel Map No . 91 - 7 ( the cr <br /> " Property " ) located in the City of Redwood City , County of San CD <br /> Mateo , State of California , which Property is more particularly _.._ <br /> NJ <br /> described and depicted on Exhibit "A " hereof , attached hereto and by tU <br /> () <br /> this reference incorporated herein ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Engineer has determined that the parcel map <br /> is in conformity with the tentative map for the proposed <br /> subdivision ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the property within said Parcel Map is served by <br /> certain existing public improvements , but the public health , welfare <br /> and necessity may , in the future , require additional , expanded , <br /> and/ or replacement public improvements ( the " Future Improvements " , <br /> more particularly hereinafter described ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Owners have requested that the parcel map be approved <br /> and recorded prior to the construction and completion of , but <br /> acknowledging the obligation to construct , the Future Improvements , <br /> including all public utility facilities which are a part of , or <br />
