INSURANCE . Upon notification by City to Owners to proceed with the construction of any or all of the Future Improvements described in paragraph 1 hereof , Owners shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect during the period of such construction , at Owners ' own cost and expense , a commercial general liability insurance policy , and further agrees to furnish evidence of such (P insurance by filing copies of the declaration page or information CO CD page and a certificate of insurance with the City Clerk , which certificate and declaration page or information page copies shall be 1N2 R accompanied by such endorsements as may be necessary to show compliance with all of the requirements of this paragraph . Such insurance shall name the City of Redwood City , its Council , boards , commissions , officers , employees and agents as insureds or additional insureds and shall indemnify City and said persons against liability for loss or damage for personal injury including death , and property damage arising out of or occurring by Owners or Owners ' contractor or subcontractors , in the performance of Owners ' duties and obligations under this agreement , which insurance shall be in the minimum amounts of $ 1 , 000 , 000 for personal injury or death of any one person , $ 1 , 000 , 000 for personal injury or death arising out of any one occurrence , and property damage limits of not less than $ 1 , 000 , 000 arising out of any one occurrence .
