DES : & k 06 / 05 / 96 ( 005 / 42 ) <br /> FXS : , 06 / 12 / 96R <br /> FXS : djk 06 / 14 / 96R <br /> Improvement of Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 " , ( form dated <br /> 06 / 14 / 96R ) wherein Owner , in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City , shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said Agreement , all improvements <br /> required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City , being the subdivision <br /> regulations of said City , and as such improvements as <br /> designated or mentioned in said Agreement . <br /> ( b ) Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> recordation , Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br /> OD <br /> CD <br /> City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br /> CD <br /> performance of all work and construction of all improvements -.7 <br /> CO <br /> designated or mentioned in said Agreement , within the time <br /> CD <br /> INJ <br /> therein specified , in the amount of Five Million Six Hundred <br /> Thirty- four Thousand and No / 100 Dollars ( $ 5 , 634 , 000 . 00 ) ; and <br /> Owner shall also furnish to City and file with the City <br /> Clerk , a bond or deposit securing the payment of all bills <br /> for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br /> and all said improvements , and the doing of all other work <br /> therein agreed to be done by Owner , in the amount of Five <br /> Million Six Hundred Thirty- four Thousand and No / 100 Dollars <br /> ( $ 5 , 634 , 000 . 00 ) . Owner shall have prepared complete " as <br /> built " plans for said improvements prior to the release of <br /> said bond or deposit . <br /> ( c ) Before the release of said improvement bonds by <br /> City , Owner shall undertake to guarantee for one ( 1 ) year <br /> 2 <br />
