Those certain plans entitled " Lido Neighborhood Unit <br /> No . 1 Subdivision Improvements " , and those certain specifications <br /> entitled , " Supplemental Specifications for <br /> Civil /Landscape / Irrigation Improvements " , as well as the ' City ' s <br /> specifications entitled , " Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br /> City " , adopted December 16 , 1991 , which plans and specifications <br /> are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed . <br /> 3 . That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner , entitled " Agreement for Improvement of tL' <br /> CD <br /> CD <br /> Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 " , ( form dated 06 / 14 / 96R) , a copy of <br /> Co <br /> which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk , to <br /> CD <br /> .A• <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> N <br /> thereof , is hereby approved , and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute , and to attest <br /> thereto , respectively , said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City . <br /> 4 . The assignment of Owner ' s rights , interests , duties and <br /> obligation under this Agreement to M . J . Brook & Sons , Inc . , dba <br /> Ryland Homes Bay Area Division ( " Ryland " ) is hereby approved <br /> subject to Ryland ' s execution of the Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 . <br /> 5 .
