IMPROVEMENTS . ( a ) Owner shall , at Owner ' s own cost and <br /> expense , construct all of the improvements ( " Improvements " ) , <br /> furnish all the materials , and do all the work hereinafter <br /> described , in accordance with , and as provided for in the plans <br /> prepared for Owner by Bohley Maley Associates , Consulting Civil <br /> Engineers , entitled , " Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 Subdivision <br /> Improvements " , and in accordance with and as provided for , in <br /> (0 <br /> those certain specifications entitled , " Supplemental C) <br /> CD <br /> Specifications for Civil / Landscape / Irrigation Improvements " , as '43/4.3 <br /> Cc <br /> well as City ' s specifications entitled , " Engineering Standards - <br /> cn <br /> City of Redwood City " , adopted December 16 , 1991 , which plans and Cks <br /> specification are on file in the office of the City Engineer . <br /> Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict compliance <br /> with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City , the subdivision regulations of said City . To the <br /> extent that if a conflict exists between the plans and <br /> specifications and said Chapter 30 in regard to the standard for <br /> a particular improvement , the stricter standard shall govern . <br /> Owner shall complete all of the Improvements , subject to such <br /> exceptions and time extensions allowable under paragraph 11 , on <br /> or before July 1 , 1998 . The Improvements shall include , but are <br /> not necessarily limited to , all of the following : <br /> ( a ) grading , paving <br /> ( b ) curbs , gutters , sidewalks , driveways , bike paths <br /> 2 <br />
