MONUMENTS . All pipes and monuments shown on the <br /> subdivision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or <br /> displaced during construction operations shall be replaced by <br /> Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements , if <br /> any , hereunder by City . <br /> 6 . OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS . It is agreed that title and <br /> ownership of all Improvements constructed for the benefit of City cr <br /> CD <br /> hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br /> 00 <br /> and acceptance of such Improvements by City . <br /> U) <br /> 7 . WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL . All work provided for in <br /> this agreement and more specifically described in the plans and <br /> specifications herein referenced shall be subject to the approval <br /> and acceptance by the City Engineer before the release of any <br /> security required herein . Reference is hereby made to ( a) that <br /> certain final map entitled , " Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 " , ( b ) <br /> those certain specifications entitled , " Supplemental <br /> Specifications for Civil /Landscape / Irrigation Improvements " and , <br /> ( c ) those certain plans on file in the office of the City <br /> Engineer entitled , " Lido Neighborhood Unit No . 1 Subdivision <br /> Improvements " , and ( d ) those certain specifications entitled <br /> " Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City " , adopted December <br /> 16 , 1991 , for a more particular description of the work and <br /> Improvements generally described in this agreement . Said final <br /> map , plans and specifications referenced in this paragraph are <br /> hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement . <br /> 8 <br />
