BOX 391 <br /> 1020 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO . 12801 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF <br /> CALIFORNIA SEACREST , REDWOOD CITY , CALIFORNIA , SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS ; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF ; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION ; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain final subdivision map ( including <br /> dedications of easements described therein ) entitled , " California <br /> Seacrest " , prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk , Civil Engineers , <br /> CD <br /> consultants for Kaufman and Broad - South Bay , Inc , , a California CD <br /> CD <br /> corporation , the owners of record of said subdivision , heretofore co <br /> e <br /> determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative CD <br /> map for said subdivision , is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> following conditions : <br /> ( a ) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ( " City " ) for recordation , the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter " Owner " shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers , as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision ) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk , entitled " Agreement for <br /> Improvement of California Seacrest " , ( form dated <br /> 06 / 04 / 96 ) wherein Owner , in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City , shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said Agreement , all improvements <br />
