CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 7 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br />Council Member Howard recused herself from voting on item 6.1.B – Professional <br />Services Agreement with Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman Inc. for environmental consulting <br />services for the 851 Main Street Project due to a potential conflict of interest. Council <br />Member Howard left the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Gee to approve the Consent Calendar, except for item 6.1.B – Professional <br />Services Agreement with Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman Inc. for environmental consulting <br />services for the 851 Main Street Project. Motion carried unanimously by electronic <br />vote. <br /> <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to approve Consent Calendar item 6.1.B with Council Member <br />Howard excluded.
