and sufficient bond in form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider <br />of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the <br />construction of any and all said improvements and the <br />doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the <br />said owner or subdivider, the amount of said bond to be <br />One Hundred Thirty -Nine Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 <br />Dollars ($139,200.00). <br />(4) That said owner or subdivider shall, before the release <br />of said final map to the owner of record as a condition <br />precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies <br />of public liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agree- <br />ment for the Improvement of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision," <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />.FTM <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That those certain plans entitled "Jefferson Oaks Improvement <br />Plans" and those certain specifications entitled "Standard Specifications" <br />are on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br />above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of Jefferson Oaks Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />-2- <br />
