Sec. 2.0.2 —OVERVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: <br /> The Development Regulations in this document are applied to those properties within the <br /> Redwood City Downtown Precise Plan Area as indicated on the Precise Plan Area Map (see <br /> Book I). The ten development regulation sections are listed below, along with instructions for <br /> using each section. <br /> [Section 2.1 remains unchanged.] <br /> 2.2. Uses.
