The Storefront is a Frontage Type used to display wares and provide access to individual <br /> ground-level commercial uses. <br /> 1. Standards <br /> a. Storefront Private Frontage shall be used to access an individual ground-floor <br /> establishment of the Entertainment, Anchor Retail, General Retail, Neighborhood <br /> Retail, Corner Store Retail, Personal & Business Services, Health and Recreation, <br /> Banks and Financial Institutions, Office, Workshop, or Live/Work use groups, or <br /> Conditional Uses when deemed appropriate by the Planning Manager/Designee. <br /> [Subsections b, c and d remain unchanged.] <br /> 2. Guidelines <br /> a.
