confirm substantial compliance with the approved plans during the scheduled final <br /> inspection. [COA][PLANNING]: <br /> a. Project Landscape Architect verifying substantial conformance with the <br /> approved landscape plan, including species, size, quantity, and location of <br /> the approved trees, shrubs, and groundcover. It shall also verify landscape <br /> lighting, fencing, irrigation, and other details as applicable. <br /> b. Project Architect verifying substantial conformance with the approved <br /> elevations, colors, materials, exterior light fixtures, and architectural details. <br /> 81. Noise and Vibration — The applicant shall incorporate the following within the <br /> construction drawings per the site-specific Acoustic Assessment: [SDR][PLANNING] <br /> a. Building walls shall be solid exterior system including a stucco finish with <br /> OSB on metal studs and interior drywall and insulation in the stud cavity. <br /> b. Windows and sliding glass doors shall be sound-rated assemblies inclusive <br /> of the frame, seals, and operable sections, with a minimum performance of <br /> OITC 26. <br /> c. Purchased windows and doors shall include an acoustical test report from <br /> an accredited laboratory as supporting documentation that the windows and <br /> doors are rated to minimum OITC 26. The windows and doors shall be <br /> installed per manufacturer instructions <br /> d. Penetrations on exterior wall elevations with exposure to street traffic shall <br /> be avoided or properly detailed to minimize traffic noise intrusion to the <br /> interior. This shall be reviewed and detailed as the design develops. This <br /> shall be inclusive of the roof. <br /> 82. Work Stoppage for Sensitive Cultural Resources — In the event sensitive cultural <br /> resources are identified, work shall stop. <br /> a. If deposits of prehistoric or historic archeological materials are encountered <br /> during project construction activities, all work within an appropriate buffer <br /> area around the discovery shall be stopped and a qualified archeologist <br /> meeting federal criteria under 36 CFR 61 shall be contacted to assess the <br /> deposit(s) and make recommendations. <br /> b. If deposits of prehistoric or historic archeological materials cannot be <br /> avoided by project activities, the City Planning, Housing, and Economic <br /> Development Department shall confirm that the project applicant(s) have <br /> retained a qualified archaeologist to evaluate the potential historic <br /> significance of the resource(s). If the deposits are determined to be <br /> nonsignificant by a qualified archeologist, avoidance is not necessary. If the <br /> deposits are determined to be significant by the qualified archeologist, the <br /> resources shall be avoided if feasible.
