Curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways and wheelchair ramps within the right of way <br /> with minimum diameter 6-inches at breast height and street facing fences within <br /> the right of way. i <br /> k. Trees within the planting strip and fences. <br /> 2. The Consultant shall prepare topographic base map and shall be completed in <br /> AUTOCAD 2004 version or current City's AUTOCAD version at a scale of 1 "=20'. <br /> Text information and other entities shall be readable at this scale when plotted on a <br /> plan and profile sheet. Final plotted text height shall be 0. 1 ". <br /> P P P 9 <br /> 3. The Consultant shall use the City's standard legend for drafting annotations. <br /> 4. The Consultant shall set the center line of street at every 50 feet on tangent and 25 <br /> feet stations on curves. Survey station shall be at the center of the street at 50 feet <br /> intervals 50 feet intervals, 25 feet intervals on curves, beginning at centerline of <br /> street intersections or manholes (see attached location map, if applicable). Indicate <br /> the following items: spot elevations at each 50 foot station, center line, lip of gutter or <br /> edge of pavement, face of curb at flow line, back of curb, sidewalk, planting strip or <br /> landscape area and right-of-way line or property line. <br /> 5. The Consultant shall extend the base map topographic survey to 25 feet beyond <br /> centerline of end manholes and/or shall extend 50 feet beyond street intersections in <br /> all possible directions unless otherwise noted (see attached location map, if <br /> applicable). <br /> 6. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City for location of survey station 1 +00. <br /> Survey stationing 1 +00 shall start at centerline of street intersection or centerline of <br /> manholes unless otherwise noted. Please see attached location map with notations <br /> of recommended starting point of station, if applicable. <br /> 7. The Consultant shall use the Redwood City Datum in preparing the topographic <br /> survey. The City will provide the location of the nearest benchmark if required. <br /> Benchmark information used shall be noted on the topographic survey. North <br /> American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88) shall be used. <br /> 8. The Consultant shall request the As-Built/Record Drawings from utility companies <br /> (e.g. Comcast, PG&E, AT&T, Pacific Bell , SBSA, MCI, SFPUC, Calwater, RCN, <br /> SVCW, etc.) and include all pertinent information into the base map.
