• ORDINANCE NO . 932 AEC : yc : 4 /13 /59 - 7 ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLARS AND 67 /100 ( $ 5 0 , 210 . 6 7) FROM THE SEWER RENTAL FUND TO THE CAPITAL FUND, 1958 SEWER BOND SERIES ACCOUNT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON 1958 SEWER BONDS WHEREAS , pursuant to Section 9 of Ordinance No . 856 , entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Rules , Regulations and Charges in Connec - tion With the City Sanitary Sewer Facilities ; and Repealing Ord- inance No . 598 , Adopted August 2, 1948 , " adopted May 6 , 1957 , as amended, provides for the establishment of a fund known as the "Sewer Rental Fund" into which all moneys received from the collec - tion of sewer rental charges are deposited ; and WHEREAS , the above mentioned Section 9 of Ordinance No . 856 provides that the moneys in said Sewer Rental Fund shall be used only for the payment of bond redemption and interest charges for sewer facilities ; and WHEREAS , it is necessary that the sum of Fifty Thousand Two Hundred and Ten Dollars and 67 /100 ( $ 50 , 210 . 37) be appropriated from said fund to pay principal and interest due on 1958 sewer bond issues ; NOW, THEREFORE : THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS F OLLOW S : Section 1 . The sum of Fifty Thousand Two Hundred and Ten Dollars and 67 /100 ( $50 , 210 . 67 ) is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Rental Fund established by Section 9 of Ordinance No . 856 , entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Rules , Regulations and Charges in Connection With the City Sanitary Sewer Facilities ; and Repealing Ordinance No . 598 , adopted August 2, 1948 , " adopted May 6 , 1957 , as amended, to the Capital Fund , 1958 Sewer Bond Series Account , for the purpose of paying the principal and interest due on 1958 sewer bond issues . Section 2 . All of the sums appropriated herein are in addition to any and all sums heretofore appropriated to the account designated . Section 3 . This ordinance shall be effective thirty ( 30) days after its adoption .
