AUE : ALB : MIM: 3/24/59 LESLIE .ANNEXATION NO . 3 BEGINNING at the point described as the POINT OF BEGINNING in Ordinance No . 394 as adopted June 21_ , 1937 , entitled "An Ordinance Approvirg the Annexation of the Redwood City Harbor District to the City of Redwood City" ; said point being the point of intersection of the easterly line of the incorporated City of Redwood City as established by an Act of the State Legislature of the State of California entitled "An Act to Amend an Act entitled ' An Act to incorporate the Town of Redwood City Approved March 27 ,. 1868 ' approved March 30 , 1872 " , with the northwesterly line of that certain 58 . 50 foot right-of-way now or formerly owned by Southern Pacific Railroad Company, same being described as Parcel 3', in Volume 117 of Official Records at Page 62 , Records of San Mateo County , State of California ; THENCE from said point of beginning northerly along the corporate limit line of Redwood City as established by the State Legislature , said line also being the quarter section line of Section 17 , Township 5 South, Range 3 Westy Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, State of California , a distance of 3078 feet to an angle point in said corporate limit line , said angle point being the quarter corner of said Section 17 ; THENCE westerly along the corporate limit line of Redwood City , said line being the northerly line of the southwest quarter of said Section 17 a distance of approximately 1148 feet plus or minus to an angle point as described in said Ordinance Noe 39/4 said point being on the east bank of Redwood Creek 10 feet distant inland from the mean higher high water mark ( referred to U. S . C . and G . S . datum San Francisco Bay, southern part ) ;, THENCE northerly, northwesterly , northerly and northeasterly along the east bank of Redwood Creek 10 feet distant inland from and parallel to mean higher high water mark as referred to in above -described datum to a point on the west bank of Boundary Slough 10 feet distant inland from the mean higher high water mark of Boundary Slough ; THENCE southerly, southeasterly and easterly along the west bank of Boundary Sbugh to the northwesterly line of the aforementioned 58 ..50 foot right -of -way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company ; THENCE along said northwesterly line of said 58 . 50 foot right-of-way southerly to the POINT OF BEGINNING ; containing an area of approximately 149 acres .,
